Dorothy Famiano founded Digital Bay Media almost fifteen years ago and has been involved in corporate event production, corporate as well as entertainment video production, interactive marketing, front to backend interface development, complex database design and implementation for the web, strategic consulting, as well as hands on development to create engaging user experiences for over a decade. She managed an efficient as well as effective team of programmers spread across three continents for over six years.  Some of her corporate clients are Hooters Manangement Corporation, Ruth Eckerd Hall, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Companion Life Insurance, The US Department of Energy and many more - some very large and some not so very large but nevertheless successful in their online business initiatives.

Although she's worked with public as well as private companies around the globe her passion has always been working with non-profit organizations in the role of producing effective web, video and event production for fund raising initiatives. Some of her past and present non-profit clients are PARC (Pinellas Association for Retarded Children), St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Upper Tampa Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce, Deaf Services, CASA (Center Against Spouse Abuse), NAWBO (National Asssociation of Women Business Owners), R'Club, Louise Graham Center, and Neighborly Care Network.
